Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of Segra, our training management platform for endurance athletes and coaches.

Last updated: June 5, 2026

Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Segra ("we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of the Segra website, application, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

The service

Segra is a training management and analytics tool designed for endurance athletes and coaches. The Service includes features such as:

  • Training session logging, calendar views, and detailed activity analysis
  • Strava integration and manual session entry
  • Weekly training plans, annual overviews, and reusable templates
  • Performance test tracking and statistics
  • Health and recovery logging
  • Saved sessions, folders, and comparison tools
  • Coach mode with athlete invitations and shared training views

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Accounts and eligibility

To use most features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date account information
  • Keep your login credentials confidential
  • Notify us promptly of any unauthorised access to your account
  • Use the Service only if you are at least 16 years old

You may register as an athlete or a coach. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Coach and athlete relationships

Coaches may invite athletes to connect on Segra. When an athlete accepts an invitation, the coach gains access to that athlete's training data within the Service to support coaching activities.

Athletes control whether to accept or decline invitations and may end a coaching relationship at any time. Coaches agree to use athlete data only for legitimate coaching purposes and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Third-party integrations

Segra integrates with third-party services such as Strava. When you connect an integration, you authorise us to access and process data from that service on your behalf, subject to the third party's own terms and privacy policy.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. You may disconnect integrations at any time through your account settings.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute the Service or its content without permission
  • Upload malicious code or content that harms other users
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with another person or organisation
  • Use athlete data obtained through coach access for purposes unrelated to coaching

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Your content and data

You retain ownership of the training data, notes, and other content you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service, including sharing it with coaches you explicitly connect with.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and share Your Content, including data imported from third-party platforms.

Health and training disclaimer

Segra provides training tracking and analytics tools. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Training plans, zone calculations, readiness scores, and other outputs are for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare or sports professional before making significant changes to your training, especially if you have health conditions or injuries.

You use the Service and act on its data at your own risk.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, software, branding, and documentation, is owned by Segra and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.

Strava and other third-party names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time through account settings or by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Segra and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or EUR 100.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and may notify you through the Service or by email. Your continued use of Segra after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
