Open the training plan

Navigate to any day in your training plan and click an AM or PM slot to open the session editor.

Fill in the details

Add a session title, activity type, total time, and optional zone breakdown. Add a note for context.

Track your load

Manually logged sessions appear in your calendar and feed into your zone summaries and training load overview.

What you can log

Manual sessions are first-class citizens — they appear everywhere synced sessions do.

  • Session title and activity type
  • Total duration
  • Time in each training zone (Z1–Z5)
  • Strength training sessions
  • Session notes and comments
  • AM and PM slots for double days
