Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information Segra collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By creating an account or otherwise using Segra, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.
Account information. When you register, we collect your name, email address, date of birth, and whether you're signing up as an athlete or a coach, along with preferences such as your starting day of the week and zone system.
Training data. Data you or your coach enter into Segra, including logged and planned activities, activity type, time spent in each training zone, strength training minutes, how a session felt, and any notes you add. We do not collect location, GPS, or biometric data, and Segra does not currently sync with wearables or third-party fitness devices.
Cookies. Segra uses a small number of essential cookies, set by our authentication provider, to keep you signed in. These cookies are required for Segra to work. Without them, you would be signed out on every page load. We don't use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but doing so will prevent you from staying signed in to Segra.
We use your information to operate Segra: authenticating you, storing and displaying your training data, and enabling the coach-athlete relationships you set up. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell your information to third parties.
If you're an athlete, your training data is only shared with a coach after you explicitly accept an invitation from them. You can remove a coach's access at any time, which immediately revokes their ability to view your data. Segra is hosted using Supabase, our infrastructure provider, which processes data on our behalf solely to provide the Service. We do not otherwise share, sell, or rent your personal information to third parties.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings, which permanently removes your account and associated data. This action cannot be undone.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal data at any time, and to withdraw your consent to processing. We process your information on the basis of your consent and the need to perform our contract with you, namely providing the Service. Regardless of your location, you can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and its data at any time by contacting us.
Segra is intended for adults. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to create an account.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page, and your continued use of Segra after a change means you accept the updated policy.
